By engaging with Soulmate, including submitting matching applications or donations, you agree to follow our matching, screening, and verification protocols.
Our platform is designed for individuals seeking to adopt shelter companions or support welfare projects. We reserve the right to limit access or matching services to candidates who do not meet our safety standards.
2. Donation & Philanthropy Terms
All philanthropic contributions are processed securely through our verified partner networks. Direct donations are non-refundable unless a clerical error is reported within 30 days.
Donations directed toward specific programs are managed with structural integrity. If a project becomes overfunded, excess donations are reassigned to other urgent animal care needs at our partner sanctuaries.

3. Companion Care Commitments
Adoption is a life-long care commitment. Adopters agree to provide a safe home, high-quality nutrition, regular veterinary care, and behavior enrichment.
If an adopter is no longer able to care for the companion, the animal must be returned to our network. Transferring ownership to third parties without our written consent is prohibited.
4. Liability Parameters
While we provide complete medical and behavioral profiles for all companions, animals are unpredictable. Soulmate is not liable for property damage or behavioral incidents once the adoption match is finalized.
All medical evaluations reflect the animal's state during their time at our partner clinics. Unforeseen or dormant health conditions are not covered by our sanctuary liabilities.
5. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property
The names, logos, design templates, and media files published on this platform are the intellectual property of Soulmate. Unauthorized commercial use, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
